     expansion to an existing municipal library.

     expansion, landscaping and associated storm-water drainage improvements to an  
     existing municipal library.

7.  APPLICATION FOR ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- To replace the  
     existing Business I-A (B-1-A) zone with a new Business VI (B-6) zone and to add   
     new wording to Section 200 definitions, Section 209 parking regulations, and   
     Section 203 buffer strips.
